Hi! I just bought a Charlie Carryall in a light colour, and have not started using it. The SA mentioned that Coach does free polishing and spraying leather care products for us. So Coach called this polish pebbled leather in beechwood, and will this get water stains easily from rain or just daily use? I worry that it will get colour transfer and water stains. Do you recommend asking Coach to spray their waterproof spray, or just conditioning the leather, or both? And should I do it before I start using or only 3 months later? Thanks!

I don't pre-treat my bags but Coach stores also offer free cleaning and moisturizing. The subway door ate my Chalk (off white) Rogue clochette (the turnlook came off and there were lots of black subway grease stains - it was a sad day). The Coach repair guy fixed the clochette and cleaned off all the grease for me. For free.
Coach also sells leather cleaner.

So sorry to hear about your Rogue but it their service was great! And free too! I guess I won't pre-treat my Charlie, maybe bring it for cleaning or conditioning a few months later.
