Hi everyone,
I've had my Cedar Street Small Hayden for about 1 year and a half now, and I've noticed that unfortunately, I've gotten color transfer from blue jeans onto the handles from wearing it crossbody/shoulder strap...
My bag is in the color Cement and Black, so the straps are an off-white color.

It's not too big of a deal to me since no one would really see it as it is on the inside, and I've definitely put this bag through a lot and gotten MORE than enough use out of it :p but was just wondering if you all have any suggestions on how to remove it???
Does Kate Spade offer any cleaning services or anything like that? (btw i purchased from a Kate Spade store)

I'd suggest going in-store to see what they recommend. Their staff are usually really great, I was there once just browsing and they cleaned up my bag for me with their leather cleaner while I browsed. When I paid for whatever I was buying they tossed in a free leather cleaner that I still have and use on other saffiano bags. Just be careful if you're cleaning it yourself, you don't want to smudge the stain or make it worse.

I will give it a shot sometime soon! I haven't heard of their cleaning services before now, and I'll see what I can do.. I've tried baby wipes on the area before but it didn't really do much [emoji848]

for somthing hardy as saffiano, I would use a debris free eraser if u have one around. of course, if KS offers a free cleaning service, i would make use. however, the longer the dye stays on the leather, the harder it will be to take off so dont wait forever
