Color transfer problem and a question

Ladies- I just had my first ever issue with my coach. My geranium heritage stripe tote, the handles have orange stains where they meet the top of the bag!! Ive tried to clean them but no luck. So my question is since Im not fully satisfied with this bag now will Coach do anything for me?

i have that same bag and havent had any problems! but i dont want that to happen to mine. i hope there is an easy way to clean it!

I just looked and i do have a tiny color transfer as well

hmm i have the pink one and i dont see anything, take it to the store and ask.

I used to have that exact tote and had no problems with color transfer on the handles. I'll have to check my XL satchel, though!! I know that Coach has been replacing bags that have had this issue, but it really depends on the store and manager. At this point there's a new Heritage line so I don't know. I would definitely ask, though! Maybe they will just give you the credit for it and you can choose another bag that you like.

Ok Im planning on going there on friday to see the new stuff and use my PCE so I will bring this one with me and see what they will do.

Mine is doing this too. Had it since June, started using it in July so only a couple months.
