i have a purple prada bag that i purchased at NM and the color is coming off! =( do you ladies have any suggestions? i still have my receipt to the store, but the bag was purchased january 2008. i'm so upset. is this normal? can the prada store or NM do anything? can i apply something on the leather to prevent this from happening?

NM customer service said they will issue a credit. i hope i find a nice SA that will do this for me. any recommendations for a nice short hills NM SA?
it's a calf bag so not cervo lux =(. ugh.. i have another cranberry prada bag that i didnt use yet that's also from NM. i hope the color of this one doesn't come off =(

Calf is the good stuff (as long as it doesn't have one of the weird finishes)!!! Go for it!
calf is the type of leather. it's not called a "calf bag".
either way, the color is still coming off,good or not. =(.
