Rocker, I bought a veau chamonix with palladium for $980 the other day.

funny....I have had the orange croc with gold and barenia croc with palladium...sold both...but I love the non exotics alot.

I agree...unless the alligator is in some spectacular color, I don't think I'll be shelling out that kind of $ for an alligator CDC again in the future.

I know right. Really there is probably only two 1 in square inches of exotic on that cuff.

You know just the belt part of an H belt for croc is over 2k.....plus the buckle. I mean...they just use left over of the skin from other things.

that is WAY too much money.

but all companies do that. at Manolo...an alligator shoe is like 4k. give me a BREAK.

It is quite unbelieveable actually for such a small piece of leather (compared to belt or agenda). Maybe the hardware cost is high .
