Sorry if this has been posted already but search came up nothing.

I called UPS about a package and they claimed there was a C.O.D. I said wierd, seller did not mention a C.O.D, but planned to pay it anyway when I picked up the package myself.

Note that i already prepaid for shipping, etc...

Went to pick it up and UPS did not mention a thing. The package was not marked either?

What happened? Very confused. Will this come back to haunt me?

Did you order from a country from outside your own country? It could be a customs bill. If so they should mail it to you if you didn't get it from the post office.
