Does anyone know what new bags, colors and textures are coming in Coach's new "denim leather?

There are a few bags out now in croc embossed denim leather in blue. This is one:

The leather is sooooo soft! Not suede, not denim, not like the other croc embossed leather, not like the "nubuck" pebbled leather on my black swagger (which really doesn't feel like nubuck anyway). It's just a beautiful soft rich looking leather. I guess it feels like an old pair of cotton jeans - maybe that's why they are calling it "denim leather".

I would LOVE to have something in this leather, but I have too many blue bags. I was hoping Coach would come out with a lot of different colors and textures (like smooth or pebbled, but croc or python might be ok if that is all they decide to make).

Does anyone have any inside info or DD pics?

(Anxiously awaiting....)

Oh, Jesssh...please stooooooooooop...this croc embossed denim leather is just too gorgeous!!! I need to see this IRL and I'm curious if it will come in the Crosby. Does anyone know when it will be in the boutiques???

I saw it in the boutique last night. There are about 4 blue bags: the clutch/crossbody, liv pouch crossbody, rhyder and big duffle.

Could be both, but the leather is different. The leather is called "denim leather" and the color is denim. There are other leathers with the color "denim". I'm hoping it is the type of leather and that it will come in other colors and textures.

On the web site, the name/subtitle of the bag has "in croc embossed denim leather" in it. The description talks about the "new denim leather". So I hope we'll see more of it.

I have seen both the "Denim" Croc Duffle and the Rhyder... at one of my FP Coach... very nice... Soft Leather... the Croc to me is more of a light stamped design.... not like the usual Croc embossed which is much stiffer.. Light .. not heavy to carry....

They look beautiful but so expensive! The two smaller items are too small. I wish they had something in the $400-$500 price category, like a Drifter.

Saw it today at QVB Sydney. The Color was eye catching but the leather on the duffle did not seem as luxe as I hoped. And of course AU prices astronomical. The best piece IMO is the crossbody clutch but that's not an item I would use much. Oh well.

I tried on the duffle in the croc-embossed denim and was SO impressed. The embossing is absolutely beautifully done, and I think the duffle shape captures, shows off, and works with the embossing the best. The color is the most luminous yet soft blue with a hint of gray and a suggestion of periwinkle. I thought the bag was TDF, and then I saw the $900 price tag and almost did die. ;) Would love to own this bag, but must wait for a SALE!

Anyone know how long I might have to wait before it hits the sale floor?

there is a denim swagger on the coach website today. it's so pretty! Too bad they don't have it in the 27 size that I like.

I didn't see it, lamminda! I looked at all of the bags on coach.com and only saw the denim in the rhyder satchel, bucket bag and crossbody clutch. Am I missing something? Or was I just too excited and missed it? :shrugs:
