I have an automatic Tattersall coach umbrella that I bought at the outlet for around $30 about a year ago. So far it has held up well even though I live and work in the "Windy City".
I would be very annoyed if it broke after a minimal number of uses and I would expect a full refund. After all, an umbrella is supposed to function as an umbrella!
I have also given several coach umbrellas as gifts and I would hope that I have given quality gifts!
