Coach Teddy bear charm

I was wondering if any one has success with ordering the Teddy bear baby charm it was in the preview thread and is now in coach china... When I emailed customer service though they said it was sold out, was it a china exclusive or did it just not get released yet?

There is a short time frame when things hit Jax and then are shipped out.

If it's on China's site, it's either destined for there, or it already shipped out.
