Hello everybody, I was on the Coach website, I wanted to see how much tax was for a certain purse but when I was checking out, they only charged the $8 for shipping. Does Coach.com not charge tax?? I figured if I bought it at the nearest coach store that I would have around $30 in tax but not shipping. So does it make more sense to buy from the online store vs the boutiques?? Just wondered what everybodys opinion was. Thanks!

Yeah I don't think coach.com charges tax. I've never bought from the website. Usually if you order from a website & they have a store in your state they charge the states tax...whatever that may be 5%. But for bigger well established companies they like to keep the customer happy & only charge shipping/handling.
