I am interested in buying an item on the UK website. I am not absolutely sure I will love the bag so wanted to hear peoples experiences of buying and returning via the coach website. Not very good comments on the Facebook page.

Great to see you here!!!

Never had a problem. Delivery is free and with dpd so you get text message and email with one hour slot. Returns are via dpd drop off you get a wee card with tracking info then an email with refund in a few days - smooth as anything. Now what ya buying spill????? I am a complete coach convert

Hi Elvis, thanks for the reply. I recently bought an Edie shoulder bag from Flannels and was so impressed with the quality and design. I am now the owner of a few more in different colours, ha ha. Got my eye on the stone coloured one with snake trim and the Rogue satchel in oxblood.
Coach has really caught my eye. Can't believe its taken me so long.

Me too have edie in saddle black navy Orange and oxblood!!! I have just sent the rogue satchel in oxblood back lovely bag but I'm not really into the shape ordered it as it was so cheap in the sale but not for me fab leather though. Coachs designer is Stuart Veverts my fav mulberry designer 2007 glory year bags all down to him - I love the nomad, swagger, Sophia tote. Market tote my coach collection is growing !!! Enjoy

I have gone a bit mad and i have the navy, saddle, black, grey birch Edie 31, Black and fatigue Edie 42. All in a very short time. I quite like the Doctor style bags so the Rogue satchel might suit me. I will let you know.

I darent tell you how many bags I have bought since I fond the brand but they are lovely if you like doctors style bags you will love the satchel fab wee bag just not a shape I can carry don't do any east west styles!!!

Does any facebook page for any website have good comments? I read some of the Coach USA ones and it's absurd. Some woman claims she had her stuff send from China or that she got scammed. Like, I'm pretty sure she didn't buy off of the correct Coach site :rolleyes:. She also spams every Coach post with the same complaint and if you click on her name you'll see it's just a really crazy old woman who probably didn't know how to get to the real Coach site. Others are just saying cruel things about the new designs because they live in a world where all bags should be 40 years behind...People are just really stupid on those pages I wouldn't really pay attention to that, Coach really does have good quality and customer service so you only have to worry about your wallet and what your preferences are.

I saw that too. Unfortunately there was a Facebook error where people were getting redirected to a fake site - completely unrelated to and not in connection with the real site at all!
She must have clicked the wrong link or something and had a bad experience
If you go to coach.com you should be ok. Like okdot said above, you just have to know what you like and your preferences and you'll be ok.

Yes I do. I went into the Leeds shop on Saturday, they were supposed to be saving me a Rogue satchel in black. When I got there it was the Rogue 36 normal bag in black. I fell in love with it straight away. The smell of the leather is divine. What a beautiful shop, well laid out and the staff were so helpful. Think its been there about 4 months.
I also got my Oxblood Rogue satchel from Coach direct. It works for me as a bag and I love the quality. Reading some of the Facebook pages, quite a lot of previous Mulberry fans are latching onto Coach. Hopefully not too many or we will be in competition come sale time ha ha.

Ooh was the rogue 36 reduced ? You lucky thing I'm not near Leeds these days used to live there coach has only just opened sigh
