Coach shoes warranty or return?

Hi there! I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience, I bought a pair of coach sneakers on sale and wore them for the first time yesterday, unfortunately one of the shoe has a point somewhere inside which hurts my foot to the point where I couldn't walk without it digging into my skin. I can't wear the shoes any longer, will coach do anything about this? Just wanted some insight before I venture out to my local store. Thanks!

Can you return it? Coach should take them bag if you feel they at defected, which they very well could be. Even if they are used once. They changed policies recently but you should still ask them what options you have. Don't keep them if they are hurting!
