I just read a story somewhere the other day that UPS was giving up some retailers during the holidays to focus on the bigger accounts. They want to be able to deliver in a timely fashion and cannot do this with the high demand of online shopping these days. I would imagine that other retailers will be shipping with different carriers to get things delivered by Christmas. I agree that USPS can be slow, but Fedex Smartpost is the worst, lol.

Are they still sending out emails with any kind of tracking number? Just curious because I have one that is shipped according to the website, but no email, so wondering if it is because of the change to USPS?

I got my ship confirmation today, AFTER the bag arrived. At this point, I'm just happy when things show up & are good.
 
My experience has been all over the map--just like me. Stress has triggered shopping. I haven't done this in years.
My items ordered from "regular" coach.com (holiday sale items which show up on my outlet orders list) have shipped out pretty quickly--even overnight for one item that had been "Backordered." My outlet items were a mixed bag: one shipment contained two SLGs, moisturizer, and a Marlie. The outlet closest to me sent out the SLGs and moisturizer, but no bag.that was over two weeks ago. I did select delayed shipment. It's just weird that they picked two things to ship. It's OK, because they were presents. The $105 Cassie was purchased from the outlet on 12/3 or 12/4 and I just received notification in wee hours of this morning. That's USPS, so it will take a while. I did receive emails for most of the shipments. For the shipment with the moisturizer and SLGs, no Coach email, but UPS notification (I have UPS My Choice.)
 
Just received shipping notice for Nov 30th order. The shipping email shows a picture one of the five items from that order and 2 items that were ordered and received in ...... 2018.:wtf:
 
My emails have done that a couple times now also. I only receive the newer order though. I don’t know why the add the older things also in the emails.

Ordered March 21st, 2021, today (March 23, 2021) on the website it says my order could not be found but the charge is still pending on my credit card... I hope this means that it is getting ready to ship out!
