Hi all, I'm new to this forum and would love some input on my new bag. I received a Coach bag as a gift but it doesn't have a "hang tag", that little leather tag that hangs from a small chain. I have the original receipt and it's in a Coach satin bag and gift box. Will I have a hard time exchanging it for a different color or style, without the little leather tag? Thanks!

What is the name of the bag? Maybe it did not come with one. I don’t think they’ll give you a hard time, especially if you are just exchanging for a different color or style [emoji1]
They might not even notice that there's no hang tag. Can you post a photo of the bag?
I got a slightly different style and color (Edie in washed red) and I'm very happy with it, though still browsing online at all the options. Thanks for all your help!!
