Hi everyone! Just a quick question for anyone that may know. So I looked on the coach website and I see they offer free cleaning services, but I was curious if this is only for coach bags purchased directly from them? I have two coach bags I would like to take for a cleaning since they offer this service but they were both purchased preloved so I wouldn’t have a receipt and I wouldn’t have a purchase saved in there database. Do they still accept free cleaning services on preloved items?

Yes, they will clean any Coach bag you bring in even if it’s not purchased from them. I was holding a Coach bag while I went browsing in the boutique and the sales associate made a comment on how nice the bag is and offered to clean and condition it for me.
I just wanted to add, I happened to be wearing a bag that was new to me, purchased from Ebay, and got it cleaned and conditioned while I was in the store. SA offered, I said yes! As long as it is a Coach bag, they do it.
