Coach points on ebay

Hi I'm looking at coach bags on ebay and a person sells them for much cheaper than you can buy them anywhere. She shows receipts in her pics to show how much they cost. She said she pays for them with points/credits at the Coach store. How do you get those points? Is it safe to bid on these?

Some of these are purchased from Casinos where an individual can join the "Player's Club" and based on their gambling, earns "points" that can be redeemed for various items in the player's gift shop. Coach bags happen to be one of these items.

The person uses their points for bags, then they turn around and sell them on ebay. Likely to feed into more gambling :s
