Yes, that is the legitimate Coach factory website. It's what we call FOS on the forum. They sell MFF and deleted boutique items. There is a thread on the forum where we discuss that website here: http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-shopping/coach-factory-online-sale-discussion-thread-913051.html

Once you sign up, it could take awhile before you get an invitation.

Sales are not final. They have the same return policy as all Coach.

You might. They keep changing it. I know awhile ago, you could only register at an outlet so they may be back to that.
