Oh, that isn't the type of fold over bag I was thinking of. The fold over bags I was thinking of have the option to carry it upright or folded over. This is more of a WOC.
It all depends on what do you plan on using it for and what do you want to carry in it?
I have two of these and I love them! This style is more like a wallet on a chain model. I used these when I’m going out to a place that I only need the essentials like my ID, lipstick, phone, and money. For example, when I’m in New Orleans visiting the French Quarter, these bags are perfect, easy to carry and very secure. Also if I need more space to carry items like when I go shopping, it’s easy to take the strap off and turn it into a wallet which I throw into my tote.
I guess you need to figure out what usage you want it for.

I almost bought one with the intent to use it as a wallet but then thought it a little large for me. I did like it and ponder getting one but not sure I see one in a color/leather I like right now. Possibly the stone with colored flowers on it.....but want to see it IRL. I like it for the exact reason Chihua5 does.
