Made a return to coach after a few years break. Purchased swagger bag that did not work out. Went to return in store. Told I had ALREADY returned item so therefore could not return. Huh? Went round and round with rude sales clerk. Got nowhere. Call customer service from MY phone. Lovely sales clerk gave poor sale associate directions to shop ups and then money will be returned. This took well over an hour. Associate THREW receipt/ ups note at me. Smirked. Guess I won't be going back to coach. Cancelled active order .
