I emailed Coach customer service inquiring whether a bag I saw on the UK website (Coach Cassie in taupe smooth leather/canvas; https://uk.coach.com/coach-cassie-c...68349.html?dwvar_color=LHPVT&cgid=gifts-women) would be available in the US soon. The woman who responded said that the "sophisticated Cassie Crossbody in supple pebbled leather in taupe" (which is not even the bag I had asked about; https://www.saksfifthavenue.com/coa...=651482&LSlinkid=10&LScreativeid=1#modesens=1) would not be available in the US. Which confuses me because I have seen the pebbled leather taupe version available on different sites for the US. Nevermind it wasn't the bag I had asked about lol. She then recommended I buy the Tabby in the same leather/canvas combo, and suggested a bag charm to go with it.
So. My question is, when you have asked Coach's customer service product related questions, did they generally know what they were talking about? Did they say something would or wouldn't happen, and then it didn't, or did? Can I expect the bag I was originally inquiring about to come to the US soon do you think?
