Sorry if this has already been posted, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything on it....Coach has revamped their website and when I was looking through the new floorset and went to add something to my wishlist, when I went to log in, they made me change my password to a new one (sent a temp. link to an e-mail, and I was actually able to just re-use my existing password, but kind of a pain, nonetheless).

My other gripe is that all my current wishlist items are gone, and things that I had on the wishlist MONTHS/YEARS ago (and later deleted) are all showing up there now (most without pics, just a description), so I'm having to go through and delete the almost 100 OLD items from it, and now have to go back through the site and try to remember what I had added to my wishlist most recently and re-add it...... Good job Coach!
 
Yes, I had the same problem yesterday signing in, what a mess, took forever to make my purchase.
First got the message about them upgrading the site and having to enter a new password. So I tried that, then I waited and waited for them to send me the "code" to enter my account, and it never came. While waiting I decided to use another email address that receives
Coach emails (my regular does not) so I signed up again from scratch with that mail address and then made the purchase. Hopefully, I'll continue to get emails at this email address.

Funny that those items showed up in your wishlist as items on my wishlist routinely disappear every month when items are deleted from FP.
 
Same issue here too. I was made to reset my password and also kept being redirected to a page with a error message when trying to place an order. I finally placed my order with no interruption around 1 pm yesterday.

The code went to my spam folder. Yours may have done the same. It took me forever to find it!

Oh wow! I was wondering why my password didn't work....

That is strange....when my wishlist items leave FP, I still see them (well, that is until this latest change) but they just say "out of stock".....I'm lazy and like to leave stuff on my wishlist in order to refer back to get a style number on some of the older items (for ebay searching!).
 
Glad you finally got it! I'm still not sure why it was necessary for all of us to reset our passwords. Makes no sense to me.

Thanks, but I'm leaving well enough alone now. Hopefully I'll get all the emails from Coach now. Their email newsletter system is worthless, I've signed up so many times, get a thank you for signing up, then nothing. Also get emails that say we've missed you, please sign up again for our emails.
I do get all my order and shipping emails though, so I know it's something to do with their ad email system.
 
That is strange....when my wishlist items leave FP, I still see them (well, that is until this latest change) but they just say "out of stock".....I'm lazy and like to leave stuff on my wishlist in order to refer back to get a style number on some of the older items (for ebay searching!).

That is strange, I wish they'd leave them on mine. I have to write down style numbers, because they will disappear from my wishlist.

I have problems with the ad system as well. Like you, I only get order and shipping confirmations. Also, I never get FOS updates either even though I have signed up for those. I'm sill able to access the sales, I just don't get notified of them.

I don't remember seeing that before...it also shows all my cancelled Snoopy orders multiples times over. I think I better call Coach and see what's going on!

that's kind of neat....I wouldn't be able to see any of mine though, since they booted me out of the FOS > 1 year ago, and I see it says they only show order history for up to one year now (It used to be longer, another thumbs down for that Coach). The only thing I DO like is that if you pay a lesser amount for an item (because of a PCE discount), it shows the amount you actually paid, rather than the retail price. Before I used to have to dig through old e-mails to find out that information as it was included in the 'shipped' email that they would send.
