Mods - please feel free to move this to another's Forum if you see fit. I just thought it should be front and center initially unless I'm late to the party on the new return process.

I recently ordered a few items from the latest fall release. I wanted to return one of them and when I went to do so, noted that there was no return label provided on the paperwork that we would typically get. I then went and checked the other items and none of them had a return label. Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but I was unaware of the new process that is in place. I called customer service who very kindly directed me to the coach.com website where you can start a return from the bottom of the homepage. All you need to do is put in your order number and email address. There is also a spot for you to input comments, which I particularly liked as I was able to indicate why I was returning the item. Once done, you are provided with a page to print your return label and a copy is sent to your email as well. I think this is a positive Improvement. Just wanted to share in case it was new news.
 
I know this is an old topic, but do you know how long it took Coach to refund you? My package arrived to their hub on the 20th and I am still waiting for a refund. It has been 9 business days already. Thanks for any help.

Did you check online to see if it was processed? The last one I did with FOS, a week had passed with no email yet after it would have been delivered, and I went online and it showed as received / processed. My last few have only taken a week post delivery date. I have one pending but it hasn't been long. I would say after the 10th business day call or do the online chat with them....

It just says "Returned." But it stayed that way since the package was delivered to them. I will try to talk to them again and see what's going on. Thanks!

Eta: I realized I looked at the wrong order, sorry. I see now it is "processing." Hopefully it will change by next Monday. Crossing fingers.
