Coach Chaise Zipper?

Hey guys! I just bought the Coach Chaise Crossbody from Macy's (got it for $100!) The back zipper seems to be getting caught on the glazing of the coated canvas.

Do any of you have this issue too? Does it go away over time?

Good morning! I just checked mine because I am working from home today and ran upstairs. The back zip is challenging. It does slow down when you pass over the leather edges. However, I tend to keep this pocket open as it's in the back & I don't keep anything important in there.

Yes this is my experience. I typically keep it closed unless I'm putting my keyfob for work in that back pocket. It is a great bag though!
