Coach camera bag with C in front, the sizing is peeling.

I bough this bag in Spain at a local department store in the Coach department. I just have it for a month and the glazing on the handle is peeling. Also the little piece of leather that holds the piping under the bag is peeling and you can see the grey untherneath.
It’s sad because it’s a new bag and it’s leather. I have it always on my knees i don’t put it on the floor or on rough surfaces. Anyone having this problem and can i get an exchange i love the bag.
I live in Europe but i’m not planning to go back to Spain.

I’m so dissapointed because Coach Spain didn’t help me with my enquiry. They asked to send all personal information and then after i contact them again a service representative told me to go back to the retail store. I cant’t, i live in another country. That’s bad customer service. I mean ok if i have bought it from a store in a corner of a spanish street. I bough this bag at “El corte Inglés” a well known department store like Macys but in Spain. They have a Coach department and i even signed in coach.com newsletter/club there.
I don’t even know where i have to send the e-mail to. They didnt even help me with any information. The straps sizing is peeling and under the bag the leather has peeled also, you can see the blue underground. I have lots of care i don’t lay my bag anywhere. The bag is not well made. Any advise is welcome! Thanks!
