An SA I spoke to when I was first deciding to do a special order said they no longer do them because of the trademark of the red soles.

ahhh! i really love those shoes! those are my dream wedding shoes! they are the orlato yoyos in velvet with crystaled heels? i still love and prefer the red soles nonetheless

Would it be possible to have a cobbler paint the soles blue? All you need is the same kind of lacquer that Mr. Louboutin uses...
If you can custom order the dying of wedding shoes from normal shoe places, then I am sure you can find someone to paint the soles!

I was at Saks yesterday and Miu Miu sold a pair with a light pink sole. Alaia Paris does also.
