Clou de Selle Pendant

Can anyone tell me if H still makes the Clou de Selle Pendant? I have seen it in all silver and in silver/yellow gold. And if anyone knows the retail of either or both versions? I tried calling one boutique, but the SA never heard of it.

I have not seen the pendent, but my store has ( or had) one in silver as a key chain/charm. I can't remember the price, i think it was somewhere between US500-700.
