I hope it is, that's really pretty.

I've read through the forum but I'm still not sure. A lot of the markers are there, even the little iridescent tag. But I can't find a serial number anywhere. The stitching looks even, the logo has the correct layout, the tag says it was made in China, all the tags seem to be there -- but I cannot find the serial number.
