Clochette

Hi fellow H-lovers... Does anyone have a clochette? Anyone is using it as a keychain? Thinking about buying one, but don't know if it's that useful... And also, how much is it? Is it worth it?

There is a Kelly clochette key holder... is that what you are looking for? I tried one of those (I believe the price was $800-ish) but when I put my keys on the right and they went up in the clochette, it was very bulky looking so I returned it. Even with just my car key on it, it seemed bulky.

the one i posted is smaller than a regular clochette on my kelly's. i'm not actually sure if it's meant to be a keychain, it's just that i decided to use it as a keychain for my car keys.

Thanks, Maria28. Do you let it hang on your kelly or do you just put it inside of your bag? I think it's cute, but I don't know how much they cost vs. buying on ebay... shouldn't be that much of a difference since it's such a small item but thought to check nonetheless...

i just put it in my bag. but because it's small, i also sometimes just put it in my jeans pocket (i find it hard to get keys in and out my bag while carrying my toddler).

i got mine from sluxury on ebay (authenticated here too for re-assurance) for less than $100shipped. hope this helps =)

Um... you're right... The one I saw on ebay is a little bit bigger then... I wonder if people actually hang it outside... wouldn't it look stupid to hang two clochettes on the bag, one bigger one smaller?

That is cute but I don't want to scratch the inside of my bag, that's why I thought that big clochette might look good. If I want to keep it in at least it won't scratch, and I can find it pretty quickly (just follow the string!)

It's a dog tag! You can have your pet's name or your phone number engraved on it! Great use for it, though.

i wondered what it was actually meant to be....for me it's the perfect size to use as a keychain.
