Cleaning White Labels in Shoes

I have a pair of Jimmy Choos and a pair of Pradas that I wear to work on the regular. Both have white labels on the insole, and both of those labels are starting to look dirty. I don't know why, but I'm getting a bit OCD about them, and want to clean them so that they're white again.

Does anyone have experience doing this or recommendations for how it can be done?

(I tried to Google this but have not been successful -- and I thought that you could find the solution to anything through the Google...)

Haha I'm totally OCD about that too- I use a gentle cleaner (method products are good) and spray the inside a little then wipe off...also, Tide to-go pens sometimes do the trick
