Hello ladies!

I have this medium Sutton and I'm verry unhappy how dirty it is :( The leather is very soft and black handles transfered the color on the white parts.
I think I tried EVERYTHING (soaps, special cleaners, olive oil, detergents. ...) but nothing works.
Do you have some expierenced tips to clean this soft leather which works for you?

Thank you very much!

i'll be honest with you...I think it's one thing to get color transfer from your clothing but to get it from the handles, to me, feels unacceptable....can you bring it back to the store and see what they'll do for you?

I agree with everyone. That is a factory defect. I would definitely take it back and show them. If it was from your clothing it would be different, but to have bag die rub off on the bag?? That is unheard of! Definitely take it back to where you bought it or go to your local MK store and show them.

Otherwise, if this is not an option because there is nothing near you, I recommend going to your local shoe repair store. Call around first to see which ones do handbags. Many of them do, but some don't. They should be able to help you. Sad!

Thank you! I got this bag for like 30 USD without bill on Ebay and it's from outlet. Sadly, my nearest store is like 400 km far, so I try some local shoe repair store as CinthiaZ said .... Or when I go to trip to the city with MK store I will take my bag with me.

I will inform you about progress with cleaning ;)
