I don’t think you can buy them. Just ask your SA and they will give you a new one
Depends on the boutique as far as availability. I’ve still never received one, 4 bracelets, 2 rings and a pair of earrings later lol

I'm shocked! I actually didn't receive any when I got my 2 bracelets until I read about on tpf and then I asked my sa about it and he apologized and gave me 2...now it's something I always ask but I did hear they don't always have it
I’ve only ordered online. They don’t send them automatically but if you send an email to CS they will send it to you free of charge. Last time I asked they also sent travel pouches and pillows for all 4 of my previous orders (plus cleaning kit)! I wonder if you could just email CS to see if they will send you one.
I got one when I got my love bracelet but none with anything else (3 rings, 1 watch). But tbh I never use it. It's still brand new in its box.

My SA always provided the cleaning kits to me. They’re my favorite cleaning kit to take when traveling too, so on my last trip when my SA was out of town , I decided to reach out to CS online. Like you said, they happily mailed out a cleaning kit and a travel pouch with pillow (which I didn’t ask for!) next day
I will say, they did ask me for my recent store order number, which I didn’t mind providing (probably for verification that I actually bought jewelry and won’t try to sell their kit or something).Those with stores that never get any in stock (looking at you, Swanky
), ask online! They do come in handy!I have a Love ring, JUC ring, Love earrings, small JUC with diamonds and the new Trinity ring. I'm bummed that they're so stingy with me! I have always tried to get a cleaning kit and have been told we don't have them but various boutiques. I finally was able to get one when on vacation in Toronto (bought the Love earrings). Now the travel pouch for my JUC has stitches unraveling. I used it on my recent vacation and put rings in the smaller pockets. I emailed CS to see if I could EVEN buy one and I was turned down! Should I give up or try calling? While I might not have spent as much as others, I feel like I spent a lot of money. Enough to get a new pouch anyway! Oh, I was also told they don't have the pillows for the travel pouch. 
You can ask for another at whichever sales point you usually have your jewellery repaired or serviced
I can give it a try. Hopefully I don't make it worse. Lol.

I received a cleaning kit with my pink sapphire d'mour bracelet however I did not receive a cleaning kit with my 3 diamond love ring , wedding band , juste un clou ring , pave love ring , love bracelet or love cuff .
Why is it the cheapest piece of jewellery I've purchased from them come with a cleaning kit yet not any of my other pieces ?
Just seems so odd and random. I'm very greatful for the cleaning kit and wish they had offered this with my other pieces especially my diamond pieces .
