Hi, I purchased a final sale item from the Real Real which was not in as good of condition as advertised. The bow is pretty dirty. Has anyone had any success cleaning the bow on your Ginny/Vara bag? Did you take it to a repair shop? At home remedies? Cleaned at store? Thanks!

Same problem here, store can't clean or replace. local cobbler can't dye.
