Cleaning a pre-loved bag

Hi, I thought I saw somewhere that there is a cleaner that helps disinfect the inside of a pre-loved bag. I have no idea where I saw it or what it might be called. Does anyone know? TIA!

Put an open pot of bicarbonate of soda inside it and close the bag. using teabags in the same way as the bicarb, seal it in a box with bags of activated charcoal and a dish of baking soda, clay cat litter and seal.

These are just suggestions to get of smell, if need cleaning--what is the lining of your bag?? May need professional cleaning.

Oh I haven't bought one yet. Just had read at one point that there was a way to disinfect - not remove the smell so thought I would ask. Thanks for the info!
