I looks like Marc Jacobs, but I can't find it anywhere.

Both Miu Miu (right) and the newer Dolce & Gabbana (left) bags have gold locks, but the shape is different. The lock on Claudia's bag is the same as other Dolce bags (and she's starring in their SS 09 ad campaign):
