The Beige Medium is just classic chanel IMO. The Navy is much more modern to me.

i have the dark silver, however ,after reading the thread about the downfalls of metallics i am afraid to use it. would you consider the glazed lamskin navy?

I am afraid of the longevity or lack thereof of the metallics as well, but they are just so gorgeous! I don't know if I'd be looking at a glazed one since it's the overall look of the metallic navy that's got me so keen. But that might be a good compromise if I miss out on these opportunities...
