Classic Box - Teen Size Strap Question

Hi All,

Would appreciate some assistance from those who also own a Classic Box in the Teen Size.

The strap provided has 4 holes, however, it appears that it can only be worn in two lengths (holes 1+2, or 3+4). The distance between holes 2+3 are too far apart, so that the excess material would bend in towards the bag, rather than away from the bag to account for the curvature of your shoulder.

Is this normal?

I swear that when i was in store, the sales assistant was able to adjust the bag to that middle length (holes 2+3).

Hmm interesting.. Maybe if you flip the strap so that the shorter one is on the top? It might make the longer section strap be the "big spoon" on the outside rather than the inside, if that makes any sense

I have the same issue. My teen size classic box has 4 holes on the strap, and it can't be strapped between the second and third hole. I've tried to flip the strap and it looked a bit weird because the shorter side would stick out, as shown in the pic.

I found that many reviews online show the teen size classic box only has 3 holes and it can be easily adjusted to that middle length, so I called my local celine store and they told me the teen size strap indeed has 3 holes.

I purchased my bag from 24S, and I guess maybe they've sent me the wrong strap. I've contacted them and I am still waiting for their response.

Did you check the holes on the strap when the SA adjusted the bag? Was it a 3 hole or 4 hole strap?

I would suggest that you call the celine store to check whether it is the correct strap. Also could you please let me know any updates on this issue? Thanks!
