CL Tennis Shoes

I broke my ankle in 2 places back in august, and just now got the green light to stop wearing the big ortho boot. I have to wear a brace with a supportive tennis shoe now. I know CL makes tennies, but wondering how supportive they are? Also do they run small like the heels do? Pic below is current situation. TIA!

I got a pair of 123 Run in leopard and studs. They are ok in terms of support, the inside is not super cushiony, the difference with normal tennis shoes is that the insole is leather. I also sized down on them. I like my shoes to be tight and don’t wear socks with trendy tennis shoes
