Has anyone purchased these CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN Pigalle Follies 85 glitter-embellished pumps before? If so, how did you size? Would it be ok to size a whole size up?

I'm usually 34.5-35 in CL and I wear a 34.5 in Pigalles (but I could definitely get away with 35 and an insert for a great deal!). Did you find these on sale?
