CL ALTI run small??? HELP!

I got my eye on the louboutin Alti pumps, the 6 inch ones and I d like to know if they run 1/2 a size or a full size small? Im usually a 40 but in louboutins I need a 40.5 in sandals.

well they say the alti 160 run large, netaporter says they run small. Im so confused. Also I have wider feet ...???

Outnet only had the Alti 140 pumps, not the 160.

Please post your question in the sizing thread Alice listed. That's where you're going to get the best information.
