I purchased this bag from Balenciaga US site

Numbers on the paper tag are
2011 1 115748 D94JT 1143
I think grenadine is 6643 why this one shows 1143. Can someone explain to me what 1143 means? Thanks

nevermind, found 6643 on the back of the metal/leather tag. I still have no idea what the last set of numbers 1143 means.
