I have a few snakeskin bags & slgs, yet none came with Cites. Is it necessary for any snakeskin or only certain ones?
And why do i see various exotics being sold online and in the boutiques with no certification mentioned (only some say cannot ship to certain states.)
Example RL collection and Bvlgari have python, ostrich & alligator/ croc bags for sale online w no mention of a certification.
Can ppl get into trouble for buying or carryong/travelling it without cites?
And why do huge companies like this not have the certification or even tell customers it is necessary? I had no idea when i purchased my items and would be very upset to learn i need one but don't have it & it got confiscated
