I did buy a bag from them…Hermes Evelyne inspired. The shipping from Shenzhen, China took three weeks, but that was before all the lockdowns in China, so I suspect it would be longer now. When I had a question about the shipping time, I tried several times to contact Cinq, and they were totally non-responsive. There were also some negative comments about their shipping time on Cinq’s Instagram account, but Cinq deleted them all. I honestly thought I would never get my bag, but I did. So while the bag was okay, I was not impressed by Cinq’s total lack of communication. Also, this may not be the best time to buy a bag from China with all the Covid lockdowns, which do affect industry in China. I think Dhgate is a little cheaper, and probably similar quality.

Thanks for sharing your experience. My mom had ordered so i knew shipping would be slow. We were impressed with the quality and the leather though. I placed my order over 3 wks ago. Nothing. They did give me an additional discount but have not shipped the bag. Very strange way to run a business. Do not recommend

If Cinq is nonresponsive, have you considered disputing the charge with your credit card company?? Cinq really needs to ramp up their customer service, but I think the company is basically one person working out of their apartment.

Its now been 5 weeks. The online support says they can’t reach management ‍♀️‍♀️
never seen such applauding service. Posting so others won’t do business with this company

Their store is still up and you can add the bags into the shopping cart and go through checkout.

If they're really closed then they should have taken down their website, too. I checked their instagram but they stopped updating since 2021.
