She put the cutest engraving inside too! I lost a tremendous amount of weight before my dad died (he was a surgeon). He always used to say this one phrase to me to keep it off (our favorite movie was the "Patriot.")
She had in engraved my dad's favorite saying: "stay the course." It meant so much to me.
I was so unhappy married. I went from about 100 pounds to 250 pounds in the first year of my marriage. For my daughter to remember my dads words to me, to keep it off, meant more to me than anything.
