Argh. I'll just have to start calling every Saks and NM here in Florida, like I did a couple of weeks ago 
lovely but very pricey for me though! I can hardly find my size shoes from designer boutiques as my feet esp my toes are long by asian/aussie standands. I wish I can shop in USA for my shoe size!
