I recently discovered the brand and love the designs! What pieces do you have? Please share some pics! Any tips for someone new to the brand? What about level of customer service, longevity / quality, and value for money (compared to like VCA)? Anyone has an SA they recommend? I couldn't find much on youtube or here on the forum.

I have one piece from Chopard, their Happy Icons bracelet with pink sapphire. It's been awhile since I ordered, but I recall their online ordering not being robust (delivery tracking numbers weren't automated), but their customer service was impeccable. They emailed me the tracking number after I inquired about it and sent me two different travel pouches when I asked about those.

You do have to be careful with the Happy line as the glass can come out if exposed to too much lotion/water/etc., but I've been incredibly happy with my purchase.

I have the larger Happy Sport diamond watch (switched out the bracelet for a blue alligator band), and a necklace and ring that my mom used to wear. I agree that they aren’t the most convenient pieces to wear because they don’t encourage you to ge them wet and water can get in the glass, though my watch has held up well overall.

I was surprised there aren’t any chopard threads! I love chopard and wanna get a bracelet in rg or yg from them. I really love the happy hearts collection but was told that the glass gets black over time. What do you think and did they fix the happy hearts issue? Also do you have any other chopard bracelet options

Yes it gets black. Water, oils and dirt get in between the glass and it gets dark. And diamonds get stuck and stop moving. So you need to be mindful of it and never shower in your Chopard happy diamond jewelry, be careful with hand creams and etc.
But this dirt can be cleaned by the Chopard service.

My first ring was a Chopard heart happy diamond ring for my 16s birthday, it got dirt under the glass but hey it’s almost 30 years old. Never cleaned it though but I did clean other Chopard items.

They are not busy as Cartier for example
If you find a boutique selling multiple jewelry items, you can get a discount
In Rome I was in Menichini store and got 20% discount for a Chopard bracelet.

Multiple brand stores always give very good discounts on all brands. I bought a Rolex Daytona there in 2014 with a 20% discount in Milan, and 25% discount in 2011 in Barcelona. And plus they give very good vat refunds at the airports -12-16%
