Hi girls, I'm in the market for a new wallet! I've narrowed the style down to the "Jet Set Travel Leather Continental Wristlet (32S5GTVE9L)".

I have bags in Black, Blush, Dusty Rose and Dark Dune. Colours with beige or brown undertones suit my skintone. Colours that are deep red to deep brown are perfect for me (e.g. not Cherry or Cement). I haven't received my Dark Dune as yet, but I had read others saying that the colour suits everyone. I'm hoping that it does!
I'm looking for a dark coloured wallet that would go well with all four colours. I'm thinking about:
  1. Black (the most versatile)
  2. Plum (if it looks like a dark deep brown-red-purple in real life)
  3. Brick (I love the shade, but it might be too light.. Merlot would have been perfect)
Are colours like Merlot and Claret winter colours? I'm not in a rush, so I wouldn't mind the wait!
I keep coming back to Black, but I'm wondering if this colour is too stark of a contrast with my brown-pink bags.
Any thoughts or suggestions of colours I haven't mentioned are greatly welcomed!

I'd personally say plum because it's a gorgeous shade that could work year round with the bag colours you have. To me it looks like Merlot with more purple undertones to it. Black would be my second option, but I don't tend to get black accessories if I can pick another colour. But definitely a good choice for you too. Brick I don't like at all, looks like a strange shade to me. Not sure if that was at all helpful lol!

Thanks, Steph! I was trying to rationalize Brick since it's on the Macy's site and will probably go on sale sometime, while Plum is not listed there. But I'm really, REALLY feeling that Plum colour though, it's absolutely gorgeous, and I think it would go really well with what I have.
So that's three votes for Plum (including Laurittzz) :D

This is a really good question! I've been frequently checking the Macy's site for Plum and Antique Rose (this colour is SO beautiful!), and they're not there (at least in the styles I was checking). I saw the Plum and Antique Rose multifunction phone wallets on Nordstrom.. Maybe Macy's is late to the party? Macy's does have Brick, Cement, and even Admiral (!!!) for the continental wallets. I can't remember if I saw Oyster though.. But Admiral came out after Plum and Antique Rose, so it would have made sense if they were offering those colours as well already.
I'm going to wait for the Antique Rose woc/phone crossbody to go on clearance on the MK site when they release the winter colours.. Hopefully Macy's might get it before then!
