Choosing a Trinity Bangle size

Hello,
I have never purchased a Cartier bracelet and I have a 7 inch wrist, but with the Trinity bangles, I assume they slide over the hand. I have used the Cartier measuring tape which I assume will work for the Love bangle but how do you determine the size?

One more piece of information, I usually wear a Large Tiffany Bangle, with a diameter of 2.5 inches, circumference around 7.75 inches
