Choose between Love wedding band or Love ring?

Hi, does anyone know the carat weight on each diamond between this 2 awesome ring. The first ring is Love wedding band and it's around 4mm band.. the second photo is Love ring with 6mm band.. I already got Love bracelet so i would like the ring to compliment the bracelet as well... thank you

I'd go for the bigger ring, because if is the same width as the bracelet, which I like.

I suggest the 2nd ring if you're going to wear it alone with the bracelet. If you are going to layer the ring with another ring go for the 1st ring. I have the 2nd ring and love it!!

I have the 1st one (the wedding band) I wear as an everyday wedding band and I like the way it looks (I wear it alone but now thinking about layering another one with it). My options were the wide one with no diamonds or the thin one with a diamond. I felt it needed some sparkle that's why I went for the 2nd option.
I am sorry I can't help you in weight of the diamonds, did you check Cartier website?

BTW the total diamond weight of the 2nd ring is 23 points, there are 3 diamonds.
