Personally, I usually stay away from swede because i can't stand those "bald" patches that surface when the swede gets worn out or when it gets rubbed. But if i had to chose between the two bags I would go with Balenciaga.

Bal. Suede can be sprayed with a stain and water protector, so it shouldn't be an issue.
