I sent mine back-it's incredibly stiff and very hard to get into because of the top flap and buckles-nice to look at but not great to carry!

I am sending mine back, too! I agree, it is very, very stiff and very difficult to unzip. I was highly disappointed. I am done with Chloe sales on NM and BG.
